During our romantic escape, we were pleasantly surprised by the easy check-in process, even though we arrived late in the night. the staff was accommodating and allowed us to change our reservation from one person to two, for a small extra fee. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to many attractions. the bonus of being able to extend our stay by a few hours for a small fee was the icing on the cake. the option to leave our luggage for free after checking out was very helpful as well.
Every staff member we encountered was polite and helpful.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was accommodating; they allowed me to check in at 2 in the morning and even changed my reservation from one to two people with only a 2000Y charge. extending my stay by two hours only cost me an extra 1000Y. The hotel was in a great location, easily accessible by public transportation, made exploring the city easy. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top notch.
Cannot find any fault. The hotel provided me with everything I needed, and I had a wonderful stay.

The hotel's location was very convenient for my business trip and it saved me a lot of time. The check-in process was quick and easy, even though I arrived at a very late hour. I also appreciated the fact that I could leave my suitcase at the hotel after checking out.
I had a very uncomfortable night's sleep due to the bed being very hard and the pillows being too thin. The air conditioning in the room was also very loud and I had trouble adjusting it to a comfortable temperature.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and allowed me to make changes to my reservation with minimal extra fees. They even let me store my luggage for free after check-out. the location was convenient and easy to find even when arriving late at night. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious.
The hotel lacked a bit of charm and uniqueness, making it feel somewhat generic.
